Chef Jordan enjoyed this soup countless times during an extensive trip across Vietnam and learned the secrets of cooking it from scratch from one of Vietnams top chef’s in a cooking school in Hanoi. The locals eat it anytime of day but especially for breakfast followed by lunch, dinner or late night snack.

Here we are combining two of our most well known preparations – Thai coconut curry and sausage making.
We take all of the delicious flavours of a traditional Thai coconut curry and put them into a succulent and juicy homemade sausage.
