Every week our team of Red Seal Chefs in Kaleden BC create meals to be delivered on Friday. House-made breads, sauces and dressings are all made from scratch with care. Prime cuts of meat are complemented with produce from local Okanagan farms - we like to keep it seasonal!

Many of the slow cooking processes that Flambe is famous for take time (sometimes days!) and we know not everyone has the time to add cooking from scratch to their daily to-do list. High-quality food is a labour of love and we're doing what we love so that you can spend more time doing what you love (and chow down on delicious high-quality meals too). These menus have been mastered over the 10+ years that chef Jordan Ash has been running this little commercial kitchen on the lake and we're excited to share - every Friday!

It's one day a week you can avoid kitchen time. Meals are delivered cooked and ready to reheat with detailed instructions that usually involve your oven and about 20 minutes... but no shopping, no recipes, no prep or dishes!
