This was the dish that ignited a change in 2020 sending “Flambé Catering” on a new journey transitioning into “Flambé At Home” after s simple act of kindness during the early stages of the Covid pandemic. Originally meant to uplift friends & family it sparked a demand that evolved our business entirely. For this reason we thought it was fitting to serve it as the last Friday “dinner for two” as we further evolve, refine and expand our offerings.
