Signing up for a Flambé At Home subscription brings our delicious meals to your door every Friday with FREE Delivery! No more worrying about ordering on time, no more sold-out menus or check out processing – you’re always on the list! Until you skip or cancel from within your Flambe account.
Yes, you are able to skip a meal anytime you would like giving you flexibility if you plan to be out of town or just aren’t interested in a particular meal. Here are the steps to follow:
- Log into your account here: My Account
- Click on ‘My Subscription’. This option will only be available if you have an active subscription. (See image here)
- Click on ‘Skip next week’s delivery’ (See image here)
- You will be asked to confirm that you want to skip the next payment. Click on ‘Yes’. (See image here)
No, you can cancel at any time. We believe in giving our customers as much flexibility as possible and wouldn’t want anyone to end up with a service they do not need.
In order to skip a weekly delivery you must skip on or before 8pm on the Friday prior to the delivery date. (7 days prior to delivery) This can be completed when you’re logged into your Flambe account. *please note some customers have reported better results when logged in on a desktop computer as apposed to a smart phone*
Failure to skip a delivery on or before 8pm on the Friday prior to delivery will result in that meal being delivered, no exceptions!
Yes, you are able to change the number of meals anytime you would like. If you find yourself having to order extra meals regularly, either for a few weeks, or every week, changing your subscription and adding or reducing the number of meals is very easy. Here are the steps to follow:
- Log into your account here: My Account
- Click on ‘My Subscription’. This option will only be available if you have an active subscription. (See image here)
- Click on ‘Edit details’ (See image here)
- Change the number of meals. (See image here)
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to ‘Save Details’ your subscription with the new number of meals. (See image here)
- You will be able to see the new number of meals and new price for your subscription after the last step by scrolling down to ‘Subscription Totals’ under ‘My Subscription’ here: My Account
Pick ups are any time between 1:00pm and 5:00pm every Friday at 100 Alder Ave. in Kaleden
Unfortunately no, in order to keep our meals as affordable as possible we keep things as streamlined and efficient as possible on our end. This means creating a large number of all the exact same meal in sets of two, every bag being the same by weight.
Example: One person in my party would like to have extra salad and no potatoes, is this possible? Unfortunately no, for health and safety reasons we have to respectfully decline any modifications or custom orders at this time.
Yes absolutely! We have many customers that choose to leave a cooler with an ice pack outside their door for us to make our delivery without anyone being home. PLEASE REMEMBER: TO INCLUDE AN ICE PACK! Leaving a cooler in the hotter months without an ice pack will actually have the opposite effect of keeping food safely cold. *Flambe @ Home cannot be responsible for the safety of any food left outside or in an inadequate cooler situation.
Unfortunately due to the volume of deliveries we make each week combined with our vast delivery area it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time. You will however be notified by text and email when the driver on your route leaves our kitchen with an estimated time of arrival.
Flambe @ Home gift cards can be purchased Online here A meal purchase is not required and redeeming is easy when placing an order through our system. The recipient can be notified by email and can keep track of their card total within their Flambe account.
Yes! We love cooking for large groups!
Menus and delivery dates are the same but if you let us know ahead of time we can pack your meals into larger party-sized containers to make them easier to heat and serve for your party. Flambe is happy to accommodate orders for groups of 10 – 30 guests but recommends pre-ordering well in advance.
Cut off for larger orders is Monday for Friday delivery.

1-2+ weeks advance notice is recommended.

Yes, you’ll be emailed once when our driver leaves the Flambe kitchen and once more when your dinner has been delivered.
