10 Day, In House Brined Ham & Honey Dijon Cream

We start with a brine of curing salts, brown sugar, cloves & ginger and cure whole pork loins for a full 10 days! After cooking It’s smothered in a tasty honey Dijon cream.  This is the perfect way to elevate your Easter feast.
